If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for an exchange or refund. We must receive the return request within 20 days of your receipt of your order. Returned items must be received within 50 days of the original shipment date from our warehouse. No exchange/refund will be made without prior authorization and/or after 50 days from the date the order was shipped to you. Please email us with the date, method of shipment, and tracking number, if applicable, of the return to ensure you do not exceed the 50 day limit.
Merchandise must be returned in the original packing and must be unused, unworn, and undamaged. Returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were sent out. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted unless the merchandise is in resalable condition, free from nicks, scuffs, scratches, dents, dings, etc.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a warehouse error or other mistake on our part, including a defective or damaged item. In that case, we will credit you for the cost of the return. However, the MAXIMUM amount will not exceed the amount originally paid to ship the item to you, excluding any expedited shipping fees you may have incurred on your original order.
Defective / Damaged Items
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item we will replace it within 20 days of delivery to you if the same item or similar item is available. If the item or similar item is no longer available, we will issue a refund for the item cost.
Returning or Exchanging an Item
To return an item(s), please contact us via email at email@example.com. Be sure to include the reason for the return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or want a refund. Also include the product name, order number and date purchased. You can find these details by logging into your Binocktails account.
When returning the product(s) to us, please include the following details inside the box: your order number, name, shipping address, phone number and e-mail address.
As soon as we receive the return and the item(s) passes an inspection to ensure it is undamaged and in resalable condition, we will process the return, shipping the new merchandise or issuing a credit for the purchase price of the returned item(s) less shipping costs and a minimum 10% restocking fee.
Please note we do not cover the cost of return shipping and are not responsible for any harm or loss while the package is in transit back to Binocktails. You bear the risk of any damage or loss prior to our receipt of the returned item(s). We suggest you request insurance and proof of delivery when returning a product.
Estimated Time to Process a Return or Refund:
- 10 to 15 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
- 10 to 15 business days for delivery of the replacement item(s)
- The time it takes your bank to process our refund request
- We will notify you via email of your refund or exchange once the return has been received and processed.
Please allow TWO billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If the refund has not shown up after your second statement, please email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can further address the issue.
If you return any items, shipping charges are NONREFUNDABLE.
All refunds are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee (retail and wholesale orders).
